pretty good connection rates. However, you can clearly
see that Wednesday stands out as the best day of the
week to make sales calls, followed closely by Thursday.
Fridays are the least productive day for calls so perhaps
using Fridays to send follow-up emails or texts would be
time better spent.

call to speak with someone on the first call, 4pm to
5pm is the optimal time to call with 11am to 12pm
