The Zendesk Sell platform allows you to manage your prospects, and provide all of the communication tools to call, text and email them. With Sell you can schedule appointments to keep track of your meetings. The Click-to-call feature enables you to call a prospect by just clicking on their phone number on the screen. Text messages can be sent, as well as emails. There is email automation in that email templates are created, and prospects name or other info can automatically be inserted in the email as it is being sent. Email notifications allow you to know who has opened and who has read any email you have sent.
