Customizable Dispositions : With ProspectBoss's Customizable Dispositions you can customize the text that appears on your disposition buttons. Based on the workflow of your organization, your agents can quickly get started if the dispositions are what they are used to. You can also remove unused buttons to simplify the screen. Log into your Manager Account, go to the Menu, click on Settings, then click on My Dispositions, here you change the text on a disposition button, and remove unused buttons.

Answered Call Sound : Never miss an answered call again if you are not looking at the screen with our new answered call sound, you will hear a beep tone in your ear when a prospect answers the phone. You can turn the beep tone on and off in your Calling Campaign Settings.
