What is the cost of your auto caller system?

 

PowerDialer CRM ranges between $85-$135 a month, depending on the number of lines you want per agent. Check all the phone dialer options for yourself. If you want fewer sales, then go with fewer lines. Not sure why you’d want that though.

How do I sign up?
Click on your choice of auto dialer lines and plans. You got your monthly subscriptions, you got your yearly subscriptions (with a tasty discount), and you got your hourly pay-as-you-go plan if you’re one of those people who don’t like to commit to anything.
How does it work?

Oh, man, it is so simple. Once you sign up for your cloud-based dialer, we’ll give you the logins to your cloud-based account. Just have a headset that works with your computer, and you are ready to set up a campaign and start calling. Simple, right? We wouldn’t lie.

What does the PowerDialer CRM integrate with?
Oh, all kinds of great software: Infusionsoft, Top Producer, Wise Agent, FollowUp Boss, BombBomb, Telelisting, Happy Grasshopper, Arch Agent, Cole Realty and a bunch more. Now, each integration works a bit differently, so if want to learn more, just give us a call and we can answer any questions. Once you see how well everything syncs, it’s gonna put a smile on your face. You’ll see.
Do you offer training?
Sure — do you think we’d offer this stuff without showing you how to use it? You attend a live webinar training session any weekday at 3 pm. You can also watch amazingly helpful instructional videos. Or you can give us a call any time during business hours and we can walk you through anything you need.
How does the 4-line telephone dialer work?
Okay, you know how much time is wasted on busy signals, answering machines and no-answers, right? Doesn’t that tick you off? Well, with 4 outbound lines dialing, your agent just needs to tend to the humans who pick up the phone. So they spend all their time selling, instead of listening to that annoying waa-waa-waa busy signal.
Do you have a referral program?

Of course! You can refer a friend by following this link. Once your referral has paid for a full month, you both will receive a free month!

Do you have minimum requirements for hardware?
Yep, you must have at least 2GB of RAM and a Dual Core Processor on either a Windows or Mac computer. Since PowerDialer CRM is web-based, it doesn’t have many requirements. However if you plan to use a softphone, please check the software requirements before signing up for your auto caller. It’ll save you from a major headache down the road, and you don’t need that.
Is there an internet browser you recommend?
Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox seem to work best with PowerDialer CRM auto caller, but folks have had success with other browsers as well.

How do your hourly dialers work?
When you ‘pay as you go,’ you can choose the number of lines as well as the amount of time you think you’ll need on your web-based dialer. Hey, we’re flexible. Please note that these hours expire after 30 days, we hope that’s okay.
Am I going to be stuck in a long-term commitment or contract?
Heck, no. If you’re subscribing on a monthly plan, you can quit at the end of any monthly billing cycle. With a yearly plan, you can quit at the end of the end of the yearly cycle. With an hourly plan, you can stop whenever you darn well please.
Is your data DNC scrubbed?

We do offer DNC scrubbing on all of our data plans. If you’d like to scrub your own data, we have a stand alone DNC scrubbing product as well.

Do you have an app?

We do not currently have an app for ProspectBoss. However, we are currently in development and plan to release an iOS and Andriod companion app in 2nd Quarter 2022. So be on the lookout for our release notes!

How do I cancel?
Sheesh, we’d hate to see you leave. But you can send your cancellation to accounting@prospectboss.com. Or if you subscribe to PowerDialer CRM, you can cancel within your account by going to My Account. Please note, we can’t take cancellations over the phone.
How can I get a refund?
We offer refunds only if you cancel on your billing date, or within 48 hours after your billing date, including weekends. This policy only affects unlimited dialer products this does not include SalesDatalist, RinglesMessages, AgentCircleProspecting, or hourly dialer products.
Do you create accounts over the weekend or after hours?
No, unfortunately no one is in the office over the weekend or after hours. If we try to sneak in, our spouses say, “you’re always working, you never spend time with me.” Ugh. Anyway, we’ll process any new orders first thing in the morning, we promise.
Can I become an affiliate for ProspectBoss?

Well, sure, we’d love to have you on the team. You can sign up for our affiliate program here. Once you sign up, please allow up to a week, we manually go through applicants to make sure you’re a good fit. Of course, only get in touch if you like making money.

Can I dial internationally?

While ProspectBoss’ PowerDialer CRM is built for users to call US phone numbers, users can still call outside of the US however additional charges may apply.
